Notice cookies

This notice explains how pactxp.cc uses cookies and similar trackers, in line with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and CNIL guidance. Cookies are small files a site can place on your device; similar technologies include local storage, pixels and device fingerprinting.

The studio set no cookies of our own. The site uses no analytics, advertising, social media or preference cookies, no local storage and no tracking pixels, so no consent banner is needed.

Cloudflare, Inc., which delivers this website, can set a strictly necessary security cookie such as __cf_bm to distinguish people from automated traffic. It lasts about thirty minutes and is not used to identify you or follow your browsing.

The pages contain no scripts at all, so they cannot read or write browser storage or build a device fingerprint. Your browser can keep its own cache of pages and images; you control that cache and can clear it at any time.

Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies for one site or all sites, usually under privacy or security settings; on a phone these are in the browser app’s own settings. Blocking the security cookie can occasionally trigger an extra check, but the pages will still work.

Blocking every cookie can affect other websites you use, so you can prefer to block cookies only for sites you do not trust.

Mobile titles do not use browser cookies. Any storage or identifiers used by a future PactXP app will be described in that app’s own notice, and settings stored on the phone can be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it.

If the studio start using another cookie or tracker, the studio will update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it. Questions can be sent using our contact page.
